Will there be a few loan deals to scottish football?
The EPL has instigated a squad limit of 25 over 21 year old players. So teams like Man City and Chelsea are going to have quite a few players on their books who they can't name in their squad. Even Stoke would have had 29 over 21's in their squad last season. Will they loan them out or sell them cheap?
