Who would most likely win in the case of a Colombia - Venezuela war?

Imagine Chavez is not bluffing and he does attack Colombia because of their border skirmish against FARC in Ecuador. Let�s imagine all diplomatic efforts fail and there is a war. Based on your knowledge of each country�s ground, naval and air forces, who would most likely win? I want straight military answers, no pionate political answers please.
