I wnat to become an ors spine surgeon. Is it rare to find a job opening for this or are they quite plentiful?

I have not even begun medical school yet. I was debating between this and cardiology. I know that cardiology is easy to find a job for but I cant find that many openings for ors spine surgery on the internet. I don't want to get the college behind me and then find out there is not a job out there. Can anyone help me?
