I'm a Film and Media Studies major and I want to have a career in the industry.?

I graduate next year around June. I live in California.I would prefer to work for a gay oriented company, but a straight company would also be great. I would like to work for either Colt or Falcon Studios (dream jobs) but working for an online type website would be awesome too. I'm not looking for anything in front of the camera but more along the lines of directing and producing although I know I would have to start at the bottom, no pun intended. Who can I contact for more info. I have looked online and couldn't find anything. Please help.
