War Crimes or not, what should we do?

So Many innocent people from Iraq and Afghanistan, total more than over 600,000 and so many of our lads in the army dying, but for what, should we try Mr. Blair and Mr. Bush for war crimes. They have had many tried in Kangaroo courts and executed, we should not do that but have a proper trail at the Hague and then have them executed
