Do you believe in equality then explain the lefts hypocrisy?

The left talk about wanting people to be treated equally. Yet it seems in their actions they make things more unequal then equal. I think affirmative action or things in it that favor a person based on his race is a big hypocrisy because one people say they are against racism but support race based laws. The protection from hate speech and hate crime only goes to particular groups and not everyone equally. The taking of one sides money and giving it to another basically means one benefits from taxes while the other suffers a very unequal tax policy. I think you can think of more things but I think you get what im talking about.
