Can I get some help on this poem?

It sounds like the speaker is a disenchanted housewife with children who she reads "Snow White" to and is venting some frustration in her boring day after day monotonous routine. To me it's another feminist propaganda ault of our national security establishment to reduce our population, on behalf of our controllers who can't handle a world population of 10 billion, by discouraging women early on in their teens to marry and have a family.
