Im in the 11th grade and I want to change schools because my current school is horrible, they ranked a 2 out of 10 on the school chart and they have uncertified teachers ! I was looking to transfer to another high school that is nearby because they have great teachers, athletics, and they ranked 9 out of 10 on the school chart. Is this possible to transfer this late or am I stuck ? If so who should I call ?
