They're both unrealistic expectations. I found out with my first husband that you cannot change someone unless they want to be changed. You can't make an irresponsible man into a responsible one. And most men do marry the best looking woman they can find and expect her appearance to stay frozen in time--which never happens. We all go through life changes. Marriage is for the mature minded.
